People Ready is looking for candidates for the following position: Gas Meter Replacement Team, job duties include: Inspection of Gas Meters & Batteries Use Testing equipment to read and check existing meters Use basic hand tools and practice safe driving skills. Using tablets to help program and reset Gas Meter. Training will be provided specific job duties. This position will be performed in both inside and outside conditions and will be throughout the Baltimore area. Must have a clean Driver Record and be able to pass pre-employment drug screen. Working with Copper, PVC, Cast Iron and PEX piping during installation of new service. (Med Gas Cert, HUGE plus) Installing fixtures during the trim stage Assembling pipe sections, tubing, or fittings according to specifications or plumbing codes Installing pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances or fixtures using hand or power tools Commercial experience.
