Job Title: Head of Reno People and Culture Reports to: Head of Global Wholesale As Patagonia’s Head of Reno People and Culture, you will shape the experience and careers of 1,000+ employees in customer experience, our distribution center, global wholesale department, additional Reno-based functions, and populations of our remote workforce. You will lead critical human resources functions and serve on the Reno Leadership Team to create and manage our people infrastructure and shape an inclusive culture where everyone thrives.
