SunIRef:Event139 Responsibilities: The Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) partners and develops relationships with internal and external stakeholders, designing successful talent acquisition solutions to ensure top talent is hired to meet current and future business needs while providing an exceptional customer service experience. The TAP ensures a continuous flow of talent is available by using proactive sourcing, technology and utilization of external partners. Qualifications: Education & Training: Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources, Health Administration or related field. Experience: At least 1 year of recruitment experience in a comparable organization, preferably in healthcare and/or hospital environment. License, Certification & Registration: Certification preferred in SHRM, PHR and/or CHRC. Other Requirements: Knowledge and use of technology including, but not limited to, applicant tracking systems, HRIS and Microsoft Office suite of products. Ability to communicate effectively across all levels both orally and written. Professional demeanor with a customer service focus. Ability to multitask, prioritize and work effectively under pressure and in intense situations and to meet deadlines effectively and efficiently. Works independently. Researches, organizes and analyzes data. Resourceful, takes initiative and uses sound independent judgment.
