Description Your Opportunity Are you looking to join a recruiting team that cares about your experience and your personal growth? As a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in making sure each applicant has a positive experience at New Relic from start to finish. You will act as a brand ambassador to our applicants, demonstrating our values in all of your interactions. Empathy is key as you communicate with both candidates and internal partners, keeping in mind the importance of timely communication. You can thrive in our dynamic office which welcomes ambitious ideas to drive and improve our interview process. This role is employed by our staffing partner and assigned on-site at New Relic. The role is a temporary position, with the possibility of extended future employment. What You'll Do Work with hiring managers and recruiters to schedule phone, on-site, and video interviews Correspond with candidates in person, by email, or over the phone to answer their questions and help them move through the interview process Host candidates during on-site visits, giving them a window into our amazing work environment as you lead them through schedules you've organized Collaborate with the larger PeopleOps team on projects to improve candidate experience Support recruitment events, meet-ups, and other talent branding and event needs Your Qualifications Must-have: At least 6 months of experience in the Recruiting space Ability to excel in both reciprocal and independent work settings Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and utilize appropriate tact Nice-to-have: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience in a customer-facing or HR role Prior scheduling & calendar management experience Excellent prioritization and interpersonal skills Experience with Mac OS, Applicant Tracking Systems and Google Suite Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
