"Yeti products perform when it matters most - whether that be an excursion into the remote Alaskan wilderness, chasing redfish on the Gulf coast, or just getting together with friends in the backyard."RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Create and commit to a monthly cadence of retail store visits in your marketMerchandise displays that are set according to planogramsBuild meaningful relationships with store teamsEducate and engage store teams and consumers on the features and benefits of Yeti productsSubmit store visit reports, including taking before and after photos and writing summaries, using the ThirdChannel technology on a smart deviceSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Yeti is looking for an experienced brand rep to unlock potential in stores, focusing on visual merchandising and carrying the same focus of quality and respect their product receives.A passion and authenticity for the Yeti brand and quality of their productsPrevious merchandising experience, preferably in a retail environment, with an eye for detailCommunication, active listening and empathy are key - Brand Rep must be articulate and friendlyAbility to problem solve and manage time autonomouslyCOMPENSATION AND PERKSThis is a 1099 independent contractor position$22-$28/hour- location and prior experience dependent Design your own flexible work schedule in agreement with store management tMonthly video calls with Brand Executives to gain product knowledge and build skillsBuild merchandising, inventory and customer service experience JOB DETAILS Start date of mid-April, upon completion of onboarding processProper PPE must be worn during all visits Brand Rep onboarding must be completed before store visits can beginReliable transportationA smart device with internet access (Android users must have version 7.0 or above)
