Canyon Creek Toyota has a new opportunity  for a Product Advisor/Sales Consultant to join our team!

Job Description:

Reporting to the General Sales Manager, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience for our clients. As a Product Advisor for our premium brand, high volume location you must be self-motivated, high energy, dynamic and results-oriented with a proven track record of sales and excellence in customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Our Product Advisor is responsible for offering a consultative, customer-focused approach to vehicle sales by performing the following duties:

• Greeting customers on the sales floor and performing a vehicle needs analysis.
• Explaining features and demonstrates operation of vehicle.
• Researching availability of models and optional equipment using computer database.
• Working with Sales and F&I Managers to negotiate sale and requirements for financing or vehicle lease.
• Visually inspect inventory and maintain knowledge of current inventory.
• Completing all paperwork and arranges for delivery and registration of vehicle.
• Delivering and familiarizing the customer with vehicle.
• Assisting the Sales Manager with customer problems.
• Attending/completing required training and department meetings as required.
• Keeping abreast of competitor products and the overall automotive market in Canada.

Education and Experience:

• Previous sales and customer service experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in vehicle sales software such as 180, DealerTrack, DealerMine and/or DealerSocket an asset.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Driver's license in good standing and clean driver's abstract required.
