Our Outbound Sales Consultant Team makes outbound calls to customers who have inquired about our products or services and in a consultative approach provides information about our products and services that would best fit the customer needs!

Prior to working with customers, we provide you best-in-class training and tools you need to be successful. As you progress in your role, you will receive additional training to continue to grow your knowledge and ability to not only help your customers but also grow your own career and your pocket!! Not only do we provide leads to you but we offer uncapped commission so the sky is the limit for your earning potential!

Day in the life of an Outbound Sales Consultant:

Our team of outbound sales consultants will be provided qualified leads of potential and current customers who have inquired about our products or services Educate customers about their website and the importance of an online presence in today’s market Review customers online presence strategy and provide feedback on products and services that would enhance their web presence Educate customers on the benefits of our leading-edge products Partner with the other members of the team to provide feedback from customers for program and product improvements

Qualifications:

Sales experience in a contact center where you’ve consistently achieved and/or exceeded goals preferred You are competitive with a drive to win and while helping customers win too Maintain product knowledge to creatively solve customer’s needs You remain flexible while juggling and prioritizing multiple deliverables in a high-energy environment High-performing work ethic with a passion to grow your career
