Our valued client is seeking a Jr. Customer Service Representative
for an initial 7 month contract in Ottawa. .
Responsibilities: Responsible for responding to customer requests in a prompt, accurate and professional manner. Handle any inquiries which require investigation or follow-up. Ensure requests and inquiries are transferred to the appropriate area. Develop and maintain good client relationships while ensuring confidentiality. Use call tracking systems to log all inquiries for documentation purposes. Responsable for receiving and shipping of equipment, treat request of customer that shows up to the office.
Must Have Skills: Previous customer service
experience Nice to Have Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French

7.5 hr days, between 8AM-6PM. After two weeks of training, may work some evenings and weekends. This is an onsite contract.
