The Emerald Hour Captain
Opening soon on Shoreline Blvd in Mountain View is “The Emerald Hour,” the South Bay’s new cocktail destination. The cocktail experience at The Emerald Hour is one driven by high end clear spirits and what our bartenders’ source from local farms and farmers markets. The cocktails are accompanied by a thoughtfully curated wine program, dishes inspired by the seasons, and an emphasis on hospitality. In collaboration with management and chefs, The Emerald Hour is seeking Captains to join our opening team.
In this role, the ideal candidate will be part of a hospitality team committed to creating a thoughtful, fun and engaging guest experience. At The Emerald Hour we emphasize a warm and professional demeanor while committing to team development through informative and engaging product and technical training.
A minimum of two years in a service position at a reputable organization
A warm and professional demeanor
Basic knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails and cooking techniques
The position has growth potential and ability to explore a number of career opportunities within our burgeoning restaurant group.
