Job responsiblities:

Developing and executing objective driven demand generation short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive quality leads and the sales pipelineLeading A/B testing strategies and execution across all channelsDeveloping, executing, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns and programsDeveloping customer personas and knowing their buying preferences and purchase driversKnowing the company’s brand and products inside and outAssisting in content development to target consumers throughout the customer lifecycleIdentifying new markets and advertising tactics to encourage business growthMeasuring and analyzing campaign and marketing success metricsDeveloping data driven approach by creating and leveraging customer insights to unlock growthDevelopment of an overall social media strategy and leveraging relevant channels to drive awareness, message amplification and leads

Basic Qualifications:

Developing professional role with working knowledge in own discipline and broadens capabilities. Fully proficient in theories & processes. Typically follows prescribed guidelines or procedures to resolve problems. Works with a moderate level of guidance.Has working knowledge of demand generation concepts and procedures; performs a variety of routine tasks or assignmentsDigital expertise – theoretical and practical expertise in leveraging digital and social (ideation and strategy to execution)Has experience working with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Pardot) and sales automation platforms (e.g. analysis and data driven decision-making capabilitiesExpertise: Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own workProblem Solving: Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problemsInterpersonal Skills: Working within a team of digital marketing professionals and collaborating with other departments, -including Product, Sales Operations, Sales and Content, to develop and enhance strategies. Ability to collaborate effectively on cross- functional initiatives (strategic and tactical)Undergrad Degree with 5+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ in a demand generation role


Ability to work in a high-performance team collaborating and assisting other managers and coordinators to drive team growthBilingual – a plus but not a requirementSoft Skills – Ability to maneuver well and be an influencer in a matrix organization - good interpersonal skills, presentation skills and good working relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
