GENERAL SUMMARY:
Under general supervision and following established policies and protocols screens patients, visitors, staff and all others entering HFHS property for specific symptoms and temperature. Ensures all those entering the building are wearing a mask. Responds to emergent situations according to established procedures. Provides service support for assigned area related to building services and demonstrates excellent customer service skills. Reports to a Supervisor/Manager/Director.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
* High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.
* Flexible schedule to work between 20 and 40 hours per week.
* Standing for extensive periods of time.
* Flexible attitude and ability to remain calm in stressful situations and provide excellent customer service.
