Full Job Description

Aetna is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Helpdesk Analyst to join our growing team in Los Angeles, California. The Senior Helpdesk Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and resolving technical issues quickly and efficiently. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support staff.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in helpdesk support.
  • Strong technical skills and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with various operating systems and software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
