The Entertainment Technical Training Facilitator supports the operational training of the Entertainment Technical Technicians onboard and department partners for the Disney Cruise Line Fleet. They play a key role in developing short-term and life-cycle training and compliance solutions, as well as work with multiple partners from all levels of the organization to establish training and compliance processes.

Responsible for the scheduling and tracking of all regulatory training, and core training classes for the fleet.
Responsible for coordinating with other lines of business to deliver Shoreside training for new hires joining the Entertainment Technical department and returning Crew.
Plan and facilitate new hire and recurring technician training in the DCL Training Lab and auxiliary training locations.
Partner with the Entertainment Technical Leadership team to support the daily operation of the Entertainment Technical Department.
Research, identify and coordinate developmental opportunities, vendor sponsored training and seminars in partnership with Entertainment Technical Training Manager.
Facilitate Entertainment Technical training sessions to small and large groups of many different backgrounds and ability levels.
Partner with Onboard Entertainment leadership for documentation (SMS and LOG) updates with appropriate Entertainment Readiness Documentation Partners.

* Develops new and maintains current proficiency of Technical knowledge/manufacturing skill assessments and evaluations to stay current with job standards and advancing technology.
