Position Responsibilities:
- Performs assigned duties as an individual or as a member of a cross-functional High-Performance Work Team.
- Operates computing equipment to access job information (e.g., drawings, specifications and other online information systems).
- Uses various types of power tools, hand tools, and torque tools.
- Meets customer satisfaction requirements for quality, performance and reliability.
- Performs all elements of assembly from detailed work instructions, including reworks and repairs.
- Assists in defining, implementing, completing and monitoring execution of the work scope
- Examines newly acquired instruments and testing equipment for conformance to acceptable standards of quality, making visual and electrical tests where necessary.
- Tests and repairs a broad range of complex test instrumentation such as secondary standards, radio frequency and microwave instruments.
- Modifies existing instruments per manufacturers modernization data or requirements of user.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim pre-start and final post-start U.S. Secret clearance is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with powered hand tools or equipment
- Minimum 1 year of assembly experience or J-standard certification
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- A&P or ASE certified mechanic
- Active US Secret Clearance
Additional Information:
- This is an hourly position governed by the IAMAW 2766 Collective Bargaining agreement.
- The selected candidate must be able to work any shift, as assigned. This site runs 3 shifts:
- A shift: Monday-Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm
- B shift: Monday-Thursday 4:30pm - 3:00am
- C shift: Friday-Sunday 6:00am - 6:30pm
- Training for this position will occur on first or second shift Monday-Friday. The above shifts will be assigned after training is completed.

Job Summary
The AI product team within NetApp’s public cloud storage division is responsible for building industry "best-in-class" products for cloud storage services, integration of NetApp storage with cloud AI/ML services and buidling AI services. We are responsible for delivering a set of products and services that innovate to power the data and AI needs of Fortune 500 companies across enterprise and cloud deployments.
We have a unique opportunity in the AI Product team for a Product Manager who will focus on building next-generation generative and agentic AI services. You will be part of the team which owns the vision, strategy, and execution for building and scaling NetApp’s next-generation AI-powered agentic platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, data science, UX, and GTM—to deliver robust, scalable, and customer-centric services that leverage NetApp’s data infrastructure. This is a high-impact role for a product leader passionate about AI, agentic systems, and enterprise data management.
Job Requirements
- Define and articulate the product features, strategy, and roadmap for AI features, aligning with NetApp’s business goals and customer needs.
- Own the full product lifecycle: ideation, requirements gathering, prioritization, development, pricing, launch, iteration, and growth.
- Partner with engineering, data science, and design teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and resilient cloud services.
- Develop and maintain a transparent, prioritized product backlog; write detailed PRFAQ documents, user stories and product requirements.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product and feature success; use data-driven insights to iterate and improve.
- Stay at the forefront of AI innovation, especially in agentic AI, LLM orchestration, RAG, memory, planning, re-ranking, vector databases, etc.
- Communicate product progress, and outcomes to stakeholders, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
- Support customer onboarding, adoption, and value realization in partnership with GTM and Customer Success teams
Job Requirements
- Experience in product management or related technical role preferably in a SaaS or cloud services company.
- Experience in building generative AI services or launching products/services using generative AI is required. Understanding of AI techniques such as Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and advanced algorithms, fine tuning, Re-enforcement learning, ETL/ELT pipelines, search indexing and optimization, knowledge graphs, etc.
- Strong experience in defining product roadmap, authoring product requirements and launching cloud services.
- Ability to analyze data, problem-solve, analyze trade-offs, and scope business requirements.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others internally and externally.
Education
IC - Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.Mgr & Exec - Typically requires a minimum of 6 years of related experience.
Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 154,700 - 231,000 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Qualifications

- Expertise in owning and driving roadmap strategy, definition, and execution.
