Job Duties:
Support Services
• installation and maintenance of data center devices, including super hash servers and software/firmware;
• Rudimentary repair/maintenance, such as fans and power supply replacement, uninstallation, reinstallation, reboot, etc.
• Offer practical troubleshooting solutions and proactively address potential issues.
• Receive and ship data center equipment, ensuring timely handling and installation.
• Ensuring accurate recording keeping and inventory maintenance, including creating and maintaining tracking spreadsheets and/or databases and opening and updating tracking tickets.
Maintain Hosting Environment
• Perform daily walkthroughs of the facility, ensure the environment are maintained by the standards

• Perform routine server room clean-up.

Requirements for the role:

- Professional Engineer (PE) license, or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe.

- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management , or related field. 
- 5+ years of experience (aggregate operations experience is a plus). 
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Illustrator, and InDesign preferred. 
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite . 
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning ordinances, and quality control procedures . 
- Physical ability to sit, stand, walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Shift Times:  Front Half Sun - Wed Rotate Sun Off/Back Half Wed - Sat Rotate Sat Off 7am - 7pm

Overview  
The Mining Technician I  plays a key role in monitoring data center equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting the overall reliability of mining operations. This position is responsible for registering and tracking repair tickets, ensuring accurate updates, and assisting with troubleshooting, installation, and asset management. The role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in developing hands-on technical skills in a fast-paced data center environment.
Key Responsibilities  
- Monitor and report project status, issues, and constraints; update systems such as Minder and JIRA as needed.
- Proactively monitor production systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability, including remote support for other sites as required.
- Perform preventive maintenance on data center equipment.
- Rack, cable, and install hardware including miners, network switches, PDUs (with temperature/humidity sensors), servers, and network gear.
- Ensure proper installation and connection of power and network cables (copper, fiber, Cat5/Cat6).
- Create and maintain accurate data center hardware maps and asset management records.
- Provide intermediate-level troubleshooting for servers and network devices, escalating issues when necessary.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting, including diagnosing switch issues and verifying connectivity.
- Assist with electrical troubleshooting:- Partner with Level I Technicians on diagnosing PDU issues and verifying connections.
- Partner with Level II Technicians to develop expertise in phase balancing of electrical systems.
 
- Support hardware Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes.
- Assist with deployment of new machines (unboxing, racking, setup).
- Maintain and update company databases to ensure accuracy.
- Foster open, respectful, and professional communication with team members and leaders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Basic troubleshooting ability and general computer knowledge required.
- Associate's degree or technical certification in a related field preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely with tools and equipment.

Insight Global is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead a mining site (underground and solution mining) in Carlsbad, NM. This senior role oversees full operational performance, safety, compliance, and strategic direction across mining, processing, and well field operations. There will be 8 direct reports including managers, superintendents and a general foreman that report to this person. This candidate will be replacing someone who is looking to retire that has been with the company for 15 years. The intangible skill set and leadership qualities are just as important as the overall years of experience and background of this candidate. This schedule is a 9/80 schedule meaning every other Friday you have off. This candidate would need to live or willing to relocate to Carlsbad, NM which a relocation package would be available if needed. 
Key Responsibilities:   
- Lead safe, efficient operations across the mine sites
- Oversee underground and solution mining, processing plants, tailings, and load-out.
- Manage budgets, KPIs, and continuous improvement in safety, recovery, and cost control.
- Facilitate company growth using a future-orientated mindset and strategic planning for successful growth in the next 3-5 years.
- Ensure regulatory compliance (MSHA, OSHA, EPA, etc.).
- Mentor site leaders and drive succession planning.
- Capital plan and budgeting for annual forecast and also track performance against KPIs and adjust plans accordingly
- Act as a liaison with corporate leadership, community stakeholders, regular bodies and industry partners.
- Ensure readiness and response plans for emergency situations are in place and practiced regularly, 24/7 on call required
Qualification:
 
- Bachelor’s in Mining Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 15+ years in mining/milling/chemical/oil and gas/processing plant or similar industry, 5+ in senior leadership.
- Strong business acumen including financial planning, regulatory, and team leadership skills.
- Strong process-oriented experience and decision making
- Willingness to be physically in the field/mine 25% of the time
- Must live or relocate to Carlsbad, NM
- Must be able to pass a hair follicle drug test
