Responsible for running various equipment to assist with manufacturing, packaging, and shipping a quality product to the customer. Tasks will include running sheet fed, digital presses, bindery equipment, other processing equipment, and shipping/packing. Associates are responsible for following standard operating procedures and processes to ensure quality of the orders produced, while working in a team environment to achieve daily goals. Runs mostly standard work and basic manual numbering may be required. Automated or basic setups and changeovers may be required. The machine operator role involves multiple stages in the manufacturing, packing, and shipping of checks, requiring a combination of computer and mechanical skills.
- Load paper into a printing press that prints checks, troubleshoot paper jams, ensure customer information is correctly printed ensuring quality control.
- Operate bindery equipment, where in which checks are fed into the machine in order to glue and staple them into a checkbooks, requiring strong mechanical skills.
- Oversee the automated wrapping and conveyor system to ensure that the proper inserts are added and that the system accurately wraps the checks into plastic to ensure proper flow.
- Scan barcodes to determine the correct shipping method, print labels, match and sort packages for proper mailing.
- This position requires standing on feet for up to eight hours, the ability to lift 15 pounds, strong organizational skills, and keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy throughout the process.
Basic Qualifications:
Education and Experience: 18 years old and eligible to work in the USA
Preferred Qualifications (PQs) :
HS/GED with 1 year printing experience with similar equipment.
Familiar with product, equipment, printing process, and ink usage.
Mechanical ability to operate and maintain press. Basic math, reading and computer skills.

Job Purpose
Work as part of a multi-discipline team to introduce and implement equipment required for new model introduction into Honda facilities. By leveraging 3D Computer Aided Design (CAD) software and simulation tools, they will need to identify key change points and summarize into a specification that fixes design requirements. This individual will be asked to drive forward projects and activity as functional Project Leader, Person In Charge, or Subject Matter Expert, from inception through the handoff to final design/assy. They will be asked to focus on characteristic improvements, which align with the Business Unit strategy and regional goals. Key Accountabilities
- Development of optimal machine concepts for any process characteristic change; by utilizing fundamentally sound engineering principles.
- Provides technical support of equipment/process and the ability to feed/indirectly support the Project Leadership function.
- Support correlation with external functions (ex. external suppliers or plant resources).
- Functionally act as direct project leaders for small/midsized business plan projects, driving forward the project from an engineering perspective.
- Perform detailed process studies of new model car part to understand machine capability, feeding back issues to car part designers as needed.
- Creation of Specification/Scope of work documentation to summarize changepoints, establish criteria and process/part flow.
- Online support during the installation phase of the project, linked to verifying spec criteria.
- Create and maintain a critical path schedule to maintain overall project milestones
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills /p>
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Duties include coordinating with fab operation leads on the shift, communicating with engineering support on other shifts through pass-downs, training manufacturing personnel, reviewing lots and wafers requiring special disposition, failure analysis of tools and processes, supporting work center leads in tool and process qualification efforts, looking for ways to reducing rework and scrap, and looking for ways to increase efficiency in the process line.
A significant portion of the role involves communicating with the manufacturing personnel, equipment teams, cell leads, and engineering leads to ensure the work center has the necessary resources to function efficiently. As the fifth shift process support engineer, communication of issues and status to other shifts is also critical to provide everyone with the information need to execute effectively. The Surveillance Manufacturing Engineering organization drives business success by providing a variety of critical engineering services across all Raytheon Intelligence & Space product lines and functions. The Material Processing Manufacturing Engineering Department centers on development and production support assembly methods, materials, and processes for current and next generation microwave and mmWave products, with a very heavy emphasis on cutting-edge automation and materials. You will work closely with product engineers, quality engineers, reliability engineers, tooling engineers, industrial engineers, and operations leaders on product manufacturing. Team responsibilities include developing and implementing materials and processes, process improvements, and production support using established statistical process control techniques, experimental designs, material analysis, mechanical design analysis, and root cause analysis. Evaluation of materials, equipment, and processes (including qualification, acceptance testing, and specification development) will be required including interfacing with key internal and external suppliers to resolve technical issues.
What You Will Do:
- Support current low-volume high-mix production with on-site responsiveness to factory equipment, process, materials, and product problems. Factory production execution support includes developing and implementing well-controlled processes using data-driven methods such as Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DOE) and writing shop process documentation.
- Develop and execute new product builds typically with automated equipment, often requiring creative solutions for next-generation product designs.

Job Summary:
The Advanced Microelectronics Solutions (AMS) Department has an exciting opportunity available for Fifth Shift Deposition Process Support Engineer to join the deposition processes production work center working on gallium arsenide, gallium nitride, and III-V focal plane array fabrication within the Advanced Microelectronics Solutions (AMS) Department. This role requires a basic understanding of microelectronics processing techniques such as deposition, photolithography, and etch but will primarily concentrate responsibilities on evaporation, sputtering, atomic layer deposition, chemical vapor deposition, metal lift-off techniques, and thin film metrology.
As a member of the AMS Department, the individual will be responsible for supporting deposition related processes used to fabricate semiconductor products in the Andover foundry. Duties include coordinating with fab operation leads on the shift, communicating with engineering support on other shifts through pass-downs, training manufacturing personnel, reviewing lots and wafers requiring special disposition, failure analysis of tools and processes, supporting work center leads in tool and process qualification efforts, looking for ways to reducing rework and scrap, and looking for ways to increase efficiency in the process line.
A significant portion of the role involves communicating with the manufacturing personnel, equipment teams, cell leads, and engineering leads to ensure the work center has the necessary resources to function efficiently. As the fifth shift process support engineer, communication of issues and status to other shifts is also critical to provide everyone with the information need to execute effectively. Presence on the manufacturing floor is required for quick resolution of issues and quick reaction time to prevent interruption to customer commitments.
The ideal candidate will have a working understanding of microelectronics processing techniques such as deposition, photolithography, and etch, be an excellent communicator, and have a drive to learn and improve the areas in which they work. Ability to multitask with attention to detail, maintain organized and documented processes, and the ability to work well in small cross-functional teams is essential.
This role will be 100% on-site and based in Andover, MA.
What You Will Do:
- Fifth shift requires onsite presence Fri/Sat/Sun 5pm to 5am
- Processing wafers to create III-V semiconductor devices in a cleanroom environment
- Work autonomously with limited oversight
- Influence others regarding policies, practices, and procedures.
- Review and disposition wafers on hold for evaluation in the work center
- Work well in small, cross-functional teams, assist in maintaining or improving production processes.
- Actively communicate with parties within and outside of the work center (off-shift engineers, work center leads, operation leads, manufacturing personnel, equipment team, etc.)
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of experience including experience working in a cleanroom environment, experience with semiconductor processing techniques such as photolithography, dry etching, metals evaporation, and optical or scanning electron microscope inspections
- The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Value:

- Clearly and succinctly document and present process development status in meetings
- Semiconductor equipment operation and/or maintenance
- Knowledge related to semiconductor processing and data analysis

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. The role you'll contribute:
Reporting to the Practice Manager and under the supervision of the Providers, the Basic X-Ray Machine Operator cares for patients and performs a wide variety of patient care activities, including laboratory testing and radiographic exams. Adheres to state, federal and organizational guidelines to ensure quality care and patient safety with support from the Clinical Excellence team. Is essential in maintaining organization and facilitating patient flow. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

- Drives customer service initiatives by creating and owning the patient experience
- Performs basic radiological examinations, including all quality controls/clerical duties. Processes reference laboratory specimens to include venipuncture, specimen handling/ labeling, and tracking results.
- Performs properly and legibly documents and reports all procedures and assessments in accordance with department policy.
- Utilizing age-specific guidelines, assesses patient during clinical check-in, documents pertinent medical information and vital signs. Assesses for signs of abuse or neglect.
- Completes general orders and any follow-up assessments ordered by the provider, verifying as needed. Responds appropriately in clinical emergencies and triage situations.
- Performs diagnostic and occupational medicine testing to include, but not limited to, EKG, spirometry, audiometry, titmus and pulse oximetry. Completes forensic testing collections in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) and Florida Drug Free Workplace Guidelines. This may include urine drug screens, blood/breath alcohol testing, oral fluids and hair testing.
- Appropriately complete check-out duties and relays instructions/care to the patient or Performs required Quality Control checklist to ensure safety of the patient
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
Minimum qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- CPR Certification
- Current Florida State license - Basic X-Ray Machine Operator (BMO)
- Continued maintenance BAT Certification after hire
- Continued maintenance of Drug Screen Certification after hire
Preferred qualifications:
- Previous Basic X-Ray Machine Operator experience
- Previous urgent care / ED experience
