Visa is searching for a highly motivated Junior Security Analyst to
join our growing cybersecurity team in Austin, Texas.
This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level professional with a passion for cybersecurity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and challenging environment. The Junior Security Analyst will play a crucial role in protecting Visa's valuable assets and data by contributing to various security initiatives. You will work closely with senior security professionals to learn and develop your skills in areas such as threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, and security awareness. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to continuous learning in the ever-evolving field of cybersecurity.

- Assist in the development and maintenance of security policies and procedures.
- Participate in security awareness training and education programs.
- Stay current on the latest cybersecurity threats and trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in cybersecurity (internships count).
- Strong understanding of networking, operating systems, and security principles.
- Familiarity with common security tools and technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
