Full Job Description

Deere & Company seeks a highly motivated Junior Manufacturing Engineer to join our Los Angeles team. This role will involve supporting manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring high-quality production. It's an excellent entry-level opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in manufacturing to contribute to a globally recognized brand.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the design, implementation, and improvement of manufacturing processes.
  • Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and resolve problems quickly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with production teams to improve manufacturing processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of manufacturing processes and data.
  • Contribute to the development of new manufacturing processes.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and principles.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
