Full Job Description
AbbVie is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Lead
Manufacturing Technician to join our team in Seattle, Washington. The
successful candidate will be a key member of our manufacturing team,
responsible for leading and supporting a team of technicians in the
production of pharmaceutical products. This role requires a strong
understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and a commitment
to safety.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of manufacturing technicians.
- Ensure compliance with all GMP and safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives.
- Train and mentor new manufacturing technicians.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of pharmaceutical products.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of GMP and safety regulations.
- Experience with pharmaceutical equipment and processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
