Full Job Description

AbbVie is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Lead Manufacturing Technician to join our team in Seattle, Washington. The successful candidate will be a key member of our manufacturing team, responsible for leading and supporting a team of technicians in the production of pharmaceutical products. This role requires a strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of manufacturing technicians.
  • Ensure compliance with all GMP and safety regulations.
  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate production records and reports.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives.
  • Train and mentor new manufacturing technicians.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of pharmaceutical products.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of GMP and safety regulations.
  • Experience with pharmaceutical equipment and processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
