Full Job Description

The Home Depot is looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Lead Sales Associate to join our team in Houston, Texas. As a Lead Sales Associate, you'll lead a team of sales associates, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for retail, and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales associates, providing coaching and support.
  • Drive sales growth by achieving individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries and addressing concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Assist customers with product selection and information.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.
  • Knowledge of home improvement products preferred.
