Full Job Description
Mastercard is seeking a talented and analytical Digital
Marketing Analyst to join our team. This position is based in
Phoenix, AZ, but offers the flexibility of remote work. As a Digital
Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing the
performance of our digital marketing campaigns, providing insights,
and making data-driven recommendations to optimize strategies and
drive key marketing objectives.
You will collect, analyze, and interpret data from various digital marketing channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media, email marketing, and website analytics. You will create reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), measure campaign effectiveness, and identify trends and opportunities. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, analytical tools, and data visualization.
Key responsibilities include performing deep-dive analysis on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending optimization strategies to increase ROI. You will work closely with the digital marketing team, providing them with actionable insights to refine targeting, messaging, and channel allocation. You will also contribute to A/B testing and experimentation initiatives to test hypotheses and improve campaign performance.
The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing analytics, proficiency with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). A strong understanding of digital marketing channels and metrics is essential. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Experience with SQL and data manipulation is a plus.
