Job Summary:
Starbucks is seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee multiple store locations in San Francisco, California. As a District Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance, profitability, and operational excellence of your assigned district. You will lead and develop Store Managers, ensure consistent execution of brand standards, and drive sales growth. This role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and a passion for delivering the Starbucks experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Store Managers to achieve performance objectives.
  • Oversee operational standards, including quality, service, and cleanliness, across all stores in the district.
  • Analyze financial performance, sales data, and labor costs to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered consistently in all stores.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard Store Managers and support talent development within the district.
  • Conduct regular store visits and operational audits.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
  • Manage district-level budgets and resources effectively.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all partners (employees).

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in multi-unit retail or restaurant management.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing successful teams.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze financial reports and key performance indicators.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with labor management and scheduling.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned district.
