Full Job Description

Target is seeking an E-commerce Marketing Specialist to join our digital team in Austin, Texas, US . This role is focused on driving traffic, engagement, and conversions on Target's e-commerce platforms. The Specialist will work on various digital marketing initiatives, including email, social media, and website optimization.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing and executing e-commerce marketing strategies.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.
  • Support social media marketing efforts, including content creation, scheduling, and community management.
  • Assist with website merchandising and content updates.
  • Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) activities.
  • Analyze e-commerce data and provide insights for optimization.
  • Collaborate with merchandising, planning, and creative teams.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
  • Stay updated on e-commerce trends, digital marketing best practices, and platform updates.
  • Manage digital marketing calendars.
  • Assist with performance marketing campaigns (SEM, paid social) in collaboration with agencies.

Qualifications:
