Target is seeking an E-commerce Marketing Specialist to join
our digital team in Austin, Texas, US . This role is focused on
driving traffic, engagement, and conversions on Target's e-commerce
platforms. The Specialist will work on various digital marketing
initiatives, including email, social media, and website
optimization.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing e-commerce marketing strategies.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.
- Support social media marketing efforts, including content creation, scheduling, and community management.
- Assist with website merchandising and content updates.
- Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) activities.
- Analyze e-commerce data and provide insights for optimization.
- Collaborate with merchandising, planning, and creative teams.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, digital marketing best practices, and platform updates.
- Manage digital marketing calendars.
- Assist with performance marketing campaigns (SEM, paid social) in collaboration with agencies.
- Monitor competitor e-commerce activities.
- Prepare reports on e-commerce marketing performance (traffic, conversion, revenue).
- Support the development of customer segmentation and personalization strategies.
- Utilize e-commerce platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Ensure compliance with digital marketing regulations and privacy policies.
- Contribute to search engine optimization (SEO) efforts for the website.
- Manage digital assets and content libraries.
- Work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the online customer journey.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Assist with user-generated content initiatives.
- Ensure accessibility standards are met for digital content.
- Contribute to loyalty program integration in digital channels.
- Support new product launches on the e-commerce site.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce.
- Experience managing email marketing campaigns.
- Experience with social media marketing for brands.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and content management systems (CMS).
- Experience with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Basic understanding of SEO and SEM principles.
- Experience with A/B testing and CRO is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
