Full Job Description
Netflix is seeking a detail-oriented Digital Asset Coordinator to join
our team in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for
managing, organizing, and distributing digital assets (video files,
images, metadata, etc.) used in marketing, promotions, and internal
projects. You will work with various teams to ensure assets are easily
accessible, correctly tagged, and comply with usage
rights.

Responsibilities:
- Ingest, organize, and manage digital assets within a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
- Ensure assets are properly tagged with relevant metadata for easy searching and retrieval.
- Coordinate the distribution of digital assets to internal teams and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with asset usage rights and licensing agreements.
- Maintain consistency and quality standards for digital assets.
- Troubleshoot issues related to asset access and distribution.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and production teams to understand asset needs and workflows.
- Assist in developing and documenting asset management policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits of the DAM system to ensure accuracy and cleanliness.
- Support requests for specific assets and fulfill them in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on best practices in digital asset management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science, Archival Studies, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in digital asset management, media management, or a related field.
- Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems is required.
- Strong understanding of metadata standards and taxonomy.
- Familiarity with various digital file formats (image, audio, video).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in the media or entertainment industry is a plus.
