Our facility in Seattle, Washington, plays a key role in producing and distributing our popular beverages and snacks in the Pacific Northwest.

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our Manufacturing & Production team at the Seattle, Washington facility. This role is responsible for maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment to ensure continuous and efficient production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills and experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Repair or replace defective parts and components.
  • Install new equipment and machinery.
  • Perform basic welding, fabrication, and plumbing tasks as needed.
  • Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
  • Utilize maintenance software (CMMS) to track work orders and maintenance history.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
  • Collaborate with production operators and supervisors to identify and resolve equipment issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment reliability and maintenance processes.
  • Provide technical support during equipment changeovers and setups.
  • Document all maintenance activities accurately.
  • Perform root cause analysis for equipment failures.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or technical certification in maintenance, electrical, or mechanical fields is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or industrial environment, preferably in food, beverage, or packaging.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
  • Experience with preventative maintenance programs.
  • Basic welding, fabrication, and plumbing skills.
  • Familiarity with PLC systems is a plus.
  • Experience with CMMS software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by production schedules.
  • Ability to lift and carry tools and equipment and stand for extended periods.
  • Understanding of manufacturing safety protocols.
