Oracle is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our
global marketing team. This fully remote position allows you to
contribute to our digital marketing efforts from anywhere,
specifically supporting our activities relevant to the Austin, Texas
market and beyond.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Oracle, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to generate leads and drive customer engagement. This includes managing paid search (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, and potentially social media advertising campaigns. You will work closely with product marketing, content teams, and sales to ensure digital initiatives align with overall business goals. This role requires strong analytical skills, experience with digital marketing platforms and tools, and the ability to measure and report on campaign performance. You will be expected to stay current on digital marketing trends and identify new opportunities for growth. This is a fully remote position, requiring strong self-discipline and communication skills.

- Managing search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to improve organic search rankings.
- Planning and executing email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking.
- Supporting social media advertising campaigns.
- Using digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, marketing automation platforms) to track and report on campaign performance.
- Analyzing data to identify trends and insights for optimization.
- Collaborating with content teams to develop compelling digital assets.
- Working with web development teams on landing page optimization.
- Managing digital marketing budgets and tracking spend.
- Identifying and testing new digital marketing channels and strategies.
- Monitoring competitive digital marketing activities.
- Providing reports on key digital marketing metrics to stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Contributing to the overall digital marketing strategy.
- Troubleshooting issues related to digital marketing platforms.
- Staying updated on algorithm changes and industry best practices.
- Developing A/B testing plans to improve campaign performance.
- Managing relationships with digital marketing vendors or agencies if applicable.
- Ensuring brand consistency in all digital communications.
- Supporting lead generation and nurturing efforts.
- Using CRM systems for lead tracking and reporting.
- Contributing to the development of buyer personas and target audience segmentation.
- Presenting campaign results and insights to internal teams.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, marketing automation platforms like Eloqua, Marketo).
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of B2B marketing is a plus.
- Experience with social media advertising is a plus.
- Understanding of website optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to stay updated on rapidly changing digital marketing trends.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
