Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in brand marketing, with a focus on consumer goods (CPG) or retail.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics.
