Job Description:
Procter & Gamble (P&G) is seeking a talented Brand Manager to join our Marketing team in San Diego, California. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy for one of P&G's iconic consumer brands. You will oversee brand positioning, advertising campaigns, product innovation, and market performance, working to drive brand growth and equity in a competitive market. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a beloved brand within a leading global consumer goods company.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement brand strategy, including positioning, target audience, and key messaging.
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (advertising, digital, social, experiential).
  • Manage brand budget and allocate resources effectively.
  • Monitor brand performance, market share, and consumer trends.
  • Collaborate with R&D on product innovation and pipeline development.
  • Work with sales teams to develop trade marketing strategies and promotional plans.
  • Manage relationships with advertising agencies and other external partners.
  • Conduct market research and consumer insights analysis to inform strategy.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Develop pricing strategies and promotional offers.
  • Track competitor activities and market dynamics.
  • Prepare and present brand performance reviews to senior management.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute brand initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in the consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
  • Proven track record of managing a brand and driving growth.
  • Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of consumer insights and market research.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and complex environment.
  • Strong financial acumen related to brand budgeting and profitability.
  • Experience managing advertising agencies.
