• During 90 day training, Stanley Steemer Assistants earn, on average, $17-$9 per hour.
• After 90 day training, Stanley Steemer Lead Technicians earn, on average, 23- 30 per hour.

YOUR ROLE

REQUIREMENTS FOR AN AIR DUCT CLEANING TECHNICIAN

• Mechanical aptitude
• Valid driver's license
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic understanding of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including troubleshooting and repair

Previous experience in air duct or HVAC system cleaning is a huge plus. Certifications such as NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaners Association) or EPA Section 608 certification are also a plus.
