Job Summary
We are looking for an Automotive Technician to join our successful dealership service center.
As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles. You must be comfortable using the dealership’s computer software and have extensive knowledge of vehicle systems.
If you have a “never give up” attitude and are willing to problem-solve until you find the best solution for the customer, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Use your expertise and diagnostic tools to evaluate vehicle malfunction codes
- Assist with establishing service center procedures for tracking repair status, maintaining technical documentation, and other necessary protocols
- Carry out routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements
- Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all systems, including engine, transmission, and brakes
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Convey necessary vehicle repair information to customers in a clear and concise manner
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required
- An associate degree or completion of an automotive service technician training program is preferred
- Automotive Service Excellence/ASE certification or Society of Automotive Engineers/SAE certification is preferred
- Strong customer service and communications skills are required

A Level Technician
Total Pay Range: $37 - $6 Flat Rate + Guarantee (Salaried Options Available!)
Guarantee is also offered for at least 60 days to get acclimated to Aspen Auto Clinic programs and process. Sr. Level Master Technicians typically never have to lean on a guarantee. We have traffic and high performing Service Advisors. Average technicians can earn 55,000. Engaged, energetic A Players can earn over double that!
B Level Technician
Total Pay Range: 30- 36 Flat Rate + Guarantee (Salaried Options Available!)
Guarantee is also offered for at least 60 days to get acclimated to Aspen Auto Clinic programs and process. B - level technicians rarely flag below 85 hours in a bi-monthly pay period.
C Level Technician
Total Pay Range: 24 - 29 Flat Rate + Guarantee
C - level technicians are as important to us as Master Technicians. We know that the shop is driven by work that is performed or inspected by our C Techs.
Shop hours are M - F / 7am - 6pm
No Weekends!
We offer access to training classes and seminars. We have sent our technicians to training in San Diego, Chicago, Denver just to name a few places! We reimburse for each passed ASE certification and pay for re-certifications. We also have access to Transformers Institute which is a consulting and training company for sales advisors and technicians.

The Mechanic position is responsible for performing diagnostic and mechanical repairs on Honda and Acura vehicles, in support of the Honda Service Center.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose problems and replace or repair faulty parts.
- Inspect various parts and systems to identify issues.
- Perform tune-ups and test drives on new or faulty vehicles.
