* Completes appropriate paperwork for clients in a timely, accurate and complete manner.
* Demonstrates appropriate crisis intervention and de-escalation skills. Acts as member of team with crisis situation occurs, assisting others to ensure patient safety.
* Completes accurate assessments of patients utilizing clinical skills. Assists care coordination department as requested.
* Completes all documentation thoroughly, timely, and in accordance with hospital standards.
* Displays a thorough knowledge of confidentiality. Completes releases appropriately. Demonstrates knowledge of HIPAA regulations and abides by those standards.
* Demonstrates a working knowledge of all clinical regulations, including TJC, Medicaid, and state and federal laws.

* Master's degree in social work or counseling or relevant state licensure required.

As a key member of the care team, you’ll support individuals managing conditions like OCD, anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Clinical & Patient Support Responsibilities
- Prepare and assist in delivering Ketamine-Assisted Therapy sessions, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and emotional support throughout the process.
- Facilitate Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) sessions, including monitoring patient responses, troubleshooting technical issues, and adjusting equipment settings to deliver effective treatment for depression, OCD, anxiety, and other conditions.
- Conduct comprehensive patient onboarding, including gathering medical histories, explaining treatment protocols, and setting expectations for a smooth and informed experience.
Administrative & Operational Tasks
- Manage the prior authorization process, including completing and submitting forms, communicating with insurance providers, and following up to ensure timely approval for services.
- Create and review treatment plans and payment plans with patients, including walking them through options, answering questions, and ensuring signed consent forms are on file.
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies, including accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system and adherence to HIPAA/privacy standards.
- Support appointment scheduling and coordination, including check-in/check-out processes, reminders, and follow-up care.
- Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment, ensuring treatment rooms are prepared and supplies are stocked appropriately.
Protocol Development & Process Improvement
- Assist in creating and refining clinical protocols for services such as TMS, ketamine therapy, and patient onboarding to ensure consistency, safety, and quality of care.
- Collaborate with leadership and clinical teams to improve workflows, support interdepartmental communication, and help implement new service lines or treatment options.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experienced : Background in mental healthcare or psychiatric settings is a strong plus. EMR, VOIP phone system, and Google Suite experience are highly valued.

Overview:
As a Registered Nurse (RN), the applicant will be integral in managing urgent, high-stress situations, collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate and implement immediate treatment plans. The RN will provide compassionate, client-centered care during critical moments, engaging thoughtfully with both clients and families. Additional responsibilities include coordinating transitions of care in high-pressure environments and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, guidelines, and safety protocols.
Essential Duties:
- Provides clinical assessment and problem identification, crisis interventions, documents significant interactions, and maintains clinical charts and other reporting data.
- Provides prescribed medical treatment and personal care services for clients.
- Administers medication and then evaluates and monitors clients for medication side effects.
- Coordinates, consults, and problem solves medical care and intervention with other team members and providers.
