This role involves strategic and tactical preparation for future air combat. You will advance mission planning software development, integration, and test efforts supporting the fielding of systems critical to our national defense. Advanced mission planning is a sophisticated process that employs detailed analysis and cutting-edge technologies to develop strategies for accomplishing complex objectives. This includes comprehensive planning, resource allocation, and the creation of contingency plans to ensure mission success. Position Responsibilities:

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Job Description
Under little to no supervision, the computer programmer writes, modifies, troubleshoots software used in the command and control of optical tracking mounts. Tests and corrects programs, and prepares instructions for operators who control the system during operations. Troubleshoots general computer hardware issues, i.e. motherboard and power supply. Replaces CMOS batteries. General knowledge of networking, sub-netting, basic troubleshooting and network set up. Build CAT 5E/ CAT 6 cables. Troubleshoots software issues within in-house development programs. Maintains records and logbooks. Performs other duties as needed to ensure completion of test mission. This position is covered under the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Education/Licenses/Certifications/Experience Requirements:
* Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studios, Microsoft Office, Windows 7 Proficiency in C, C++, C#, or equivalent object oriented programming languages.
* Must have (or acquire within 6 months of hire) a Security+ Certification and a Computing Environment Certification, per Network Enterprise Center (NEC) requirements.
* Must have one of the following: an Associate’s degree in a technical or a Computer-related field OR 2 years directly related C# or C++ experience.

Position Summary:
The Software Engineer will be responsible for developing software that supports diagnostic, service, and test fixture operations for the Company’s CO₂ laser-based dental system. This includes creating tools and interfaces for service personnel and end-users to monitor system performance, conduct troubleshooting, and perform preventative maintenance. The role involves close collaboration with hardware engineers, product managers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration between software and hardware components. The Software Engineer will also contribute to the development of automated test systems used in manufacturing and service environments, ensuring high reliability and usability across all diagnostic platforms.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, document, test and debug software for diagnostic tools and test fixtures used in support of the CO₂ laser-based dental system.
- Develop intuitive diagnostic interfaces and utilities for use by service personnel and end-users to monitor system health, perform troubleshooting, and execute preventative maintenance routines.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to create software that interfaces with embedded systems and sensors for real-time diagnostics and system validation.
- Participate in the full development lifecycle including requirements gathering, analysis, design, implementation, and testing of service and diagnostic software.
- Write technical specifications and user documentation for diagnostic tools and test fixture software.
- Support the development of automated test systems for manufacturing and service environments.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance diagnostic capabilities and improve service workflows.

Key Skills/Abilities:
- Proficient in C# and object-oriented programming required.

- AWS experience a plus.

Software Engineer (Frontend Web Applications Developer)
Front End Applications Developer will develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise / departmental IT systems. This position requires expertise in developing the front end of web applications in a team environment where customer focus, cooperation, and communication are the norm.
