In this role, you will train students in an assigned program, helping them earn industry-recognized certifications, licensures, and credentials required for their future careers. What Youll Do:
- Provide engaging instruction in designated technical areas, preparing students for industry certifications.
- Develop lesson plans, administer tests, track student progress, and maintain required reports.
- Mentor and counsel students on training, study habits, and career readiness.
- Collaborate with staff to resolve issues affecting student learning and success.
- Maintain equipment, supplies, and classroom spaces to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
- Work closely with employers, schools, and the community to provide real-world training and job placement opportunities.
- Assist in transition planning for students entering the workforce, military, or further education.
- Promote career success standards, modeling professionalism and workplace expectations.

- Education & Certifications : Industry-recognized certification, license, or accreditation in the area of instruction required. Bachelors degree with teaching certification preferred. Three to five years of industry experience or related teaching experience may be considered in place of formal education.
- Experience & Skills: Previous experience in teaching, mentoring, or workforce development. Experience working with youth and young adults is a plus. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Basic computer proficiency for tracking student progress and documentation.
