Looking for attorneys with oil & gas experience to assist with various document review and lease analysis projects in the oil and gas industry. The work will be done remotely, from your location, using your equipment and involves reviewing oil and gas related documents for either litigation discovery or M&A due diligence. Prior oil and gas title / land management experience is strongly desired. Current attorney license is required. The projects are expected to run for several months. Pay is $35-$0 / hour with overtime paid on all hours > 40 / week. Benefits package available after initial waiting period.

This person will work directly under our Head of Operations, supporting legal processes, ensuring claims are accurately reviewed, and communicating with clients to guide them through the journey.

You Will
- Oversee the identification, collection, and processing of client data in collaboration with internal operations team
- Review and validate documents and manage document review workflows, including quality control processes
- Communicate directly with clients via email and phone in a professional, empathetic, and clear manner
- Identify and escalate issues in the flow that require legal or product team input
- Maintain structured records of processed claims and assist in generating internal reports
- Assist with standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and other internal tools
- Learn and adapt to internal software (no technical experience required, just willingness to pick things up quickly)
- Occasionally support other functions (e.g., data cleanup, inbox management, internal audits)
You Have
- Arizona state bar in good standing
- Experience with legal documents review
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- High attention to detail with a commitment to producing accurate and high-quality work
- Comfortable using digital tools for document review

The minimum and maximum base salary for this role is:

Projectory LLC is currently seeking Attorneys admitted to the Bar in any state for several upcoming document review projects. You must be in good standing with the Bar to qualify for these positions.
Our projects encompass a wide variety of substantive disciplines including antitrust, products liability, contract law, employment law, and intellectual property. Our attorneys work in state-of-the-art facilities and receive training on the latest technology tools, including the Relativity platform and various technology assisted review software.
Projects vary in length from a few weeks to several months, and occasionally run 12+ months. Preference is given to attorneys who have worked on review projects before, however we frequently train recent graduates and career changers. Review attorneys design their own schedules and work 40 hours per week between the hours of 7:00a - 7:00p. Our brand new review facility is conveniently located at the Sprint Campus in Overland Park, KS.
