Position Overview:
The Director, FP&A will be a true strategist in the development of forecasting, budgeting, and analytical processes to support commercial and company-wide financial planning and analysis activities. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Develop FP&A calendar, tools, and processes to enhance the forecasting and analytic capabilities of the organization.

Position Summary:
The FP&A Analyst is a key member of the Risant Health Finance team and plays a critical role in supporting the development and interpretation of financial assessments for Risant Health and, as needed, its affiliated organizations. Join our dynamic Investments Finance team as a Financial Analysis Consultant. In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate with teams across Investments, Human Resources and Corporate Treasury & Planning to deliver consistent expense and headcount reporting as well as perform variance analysis including explanations and commentary explaining results. You'll play a crucial part in the annual expense planning and forecasting process, providing invaluable support and data review. Your expertise will be essential in addressing financial and expense-related inquiries across Investments FinanceKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Strategic Planning: Assist in the management of the current year plan and craft future operating expense plans, integrating guidance from business partners.
· Collaborative Partnerships: Build and enhance relationships with business partners within Investments to manage expenses and generate insightful reports.
· Headcount Coordination: Track headcount for Investments and partner with HR to ensure accurate reporting of open roles.
· Trend Analysis: Monitor expenses for emerging trends, keeping leadership informed and recommending improvements.
· Process Optimization: Efficiently manage processes, models, and data, implementing enhancements and providing strategic recommendations.
· Expense Resolution: Quickly identify and resolve miscoded expenses across Investments.
· Cost Reduction: Innovate and implement strategies to reduce general operating expenses.
