- Provide seamless support through secure video sessions, phone, and messaging platforms
- Tailor services to meet client needs with flexible scheduling
- Engage in case discussions and collaborate with psychologists and other health providers
- Refer clients to additional services as needed
Qualifications
- Education: MD/DO in Psychiatry, Family Medicine or relevant specialty, licensed to practice in Washington. (active, valid and unrestricted license)
- Experience: 5+ years of clinical experience in mental health care
- Experience in medical settings, integrated care teams, or health professions training programs preferred
- Licensure: Must hold an active, unrestricted medical license in the State of Washington along with active DEA; Must reside or have a physical address in Washington State.
- Certification: Board-certified in Psychiatry or a related field preferred but not required.
- Passion for providing one-on-one consultation and medication management
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends
Skills and Competencies
- Strong understanding of telehealth regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs), telehealth platforms, and other digital tools.
- Experience working in medical settings, on integrated teams in health professions training programs preferred. Experience teaching in residency programs or working in clinical settings is preferred.

Compensation
- Independent Contractor Arrangement (1099)
- Competitive hourly rates (starting at $200 per hour)
