The Lawn Maintenance Foreman will be responsible for: * Performing Lawn & Landscape Maintenance at our commercial properties * Experience using Exmark zero radius commercial mowers or similar equipment * Experience using string trimmers, blowers and other small engine equipment * Ability to lead crew of 3-4 * Ability to drive 1-ton truck & trailer * Understands all aspects of landscape maintenance * Able to effectively communicate with crew members and Manager * Maintain a safe work environment * Takes pride in work * Ability to operate skid steer preferred but not required Requirements of the Lawn Maintenance Foreman * 2-3 years of previous experience required * Must be able to frequently lift up to 50lbs * Must have reliable transportation to and from our shop in Concord, NH This position requires the completion of a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record check upon the receipt of a job offer. Responsibilities:

• Operate vehicles or powered equipment, such as mowers, blowers, weedwhackers, is necessary
• Operation of twin-axle vehicles, snow blowers is helpful
• Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge or brush trimmers helpful but not necessary
• Prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges, using shears, pruners, or chainsaws helpful but not necessary
• Interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner is helpful but not necessary
