The Customer Service Team puts a human face on all of Seaside Plumbings customer touchpoints. Youll be on the phone, managing email and chat, assisting customers with appointment needs as well as being a point-of-contact to resolve the occasional misunderstanding.   • Strong data entry skills with the ability to navigate through multiple systems

  • Must have strong follow up skills

  • Must be moderate to strong in MS Office/Google Drive

  • Must have knowledge of basic scheduling

  • Must have good typing skills and basic math skills

  • Should be able to assess situations quickly and enter information quickly into systems

  • Strong in problem resolution
