Your impactful journey involves:

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Masters degree preferred, or Bachelors degree with field experience.

Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Speech-Language Pathologist K-12 School Setting (Hope Hull, AL)

A dynamic opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide specialized support to students in a K-12 academic environment. This contracted position is based in Hope Hull, AL, catering to a diverse student population with a range of speech and language needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across grades K-12.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to support communication goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance student progress.
• Monitor and document student performance and adjust therapy techniques accordingly.
• Maintain compliance with educational and state speech pathology regulations.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid state license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience working with children in an educational setting, preferably K-12.
• Strong understanding of speech and language development and disorders.
