- Partner with the HR Operations team regarding compensation, regulatory compliance, and system and data integrations, including TA analytics within our workforce analytics platform.

Working Conditions:

Base salary is a part of SGH’s industry-leading Total Compensation package. - Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in a strategic Talent Acquisition leadership role, including managing a team, and 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (technical/engineering recruiting experience preferred).

- Ability to operate seamlessly at both high-level strategy and day-to-day tactical execution.
