- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Communicate project status, updates, and challenges to stakeholders.
- Manage project budget and track expenditures.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Facilitate project meetings and decision-making processes.
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Prepare project reports and presentations for management.
- Ensure compliance with company project management methodologies and standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in aerospace, manufacturing, or a related technical industry.
- Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile).
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Risk management experience.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
- Understanding of aerospace or manufacturing processes is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
