In this role, you will analyze marketing campaign performance, consumer behavior data, and market trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing spend and strategy. This position requires strong analytical skills, experience with marketing analytics tools, and a passion for media and entertainment.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze marketing campaign performance across various channels (digital, social, traditional media).
- Measure the effectiveness and ROI of marketing initiatives.
- Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze customer segmentation, lifetime value, and acquisition costs.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to define measurement plans and goals for campaigns.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and budget allocation.
- Utilize marketing analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, marketing automation platforms).
- Perform A/B testing analysis and provide recommendations.
- Assist in forecasting marketing performance and trends.
- Work with data engineering teams to ensure data availability and quality.
- Present findings and recommendations to marketing leadership.
- Stay updated on marketing analytics best practices and industry trends.
- Support the development of marketing attribution models.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions.
- Help define target audiences based on data analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in marketing analytics or a related data analysis role.
- Experience in the media, entertainment, or digital content industry is a plus.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data manipulation and querying.
- Experience with statistical analysis and modeling is beneficial.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and analysis.
- Understanding of digital marketing channels and metrics (SEO, SEM, social media, email).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms is a plus.
- Knowledge of subscription service metrics (e.g., churn rate, ARPU) is desirable.
