Responsibilities:

Summary:


We are looking for a skilled Installation Supervisor for Overhead Cranes and Structures. 


This position will generally display the following skills:


Safe use of personal protective gear, hand tools, power tools, and equipment necessary for the erection of heavy steel members and steel sheet cladding of metal buildings. Raise, place, and connect steel columns, girders, and other structural members to form completed crane systems. Requires a High School diploma or equivalent. Opportunities for advancement depend upon performance.

  • Ensure all equipment, tools, and machinery are in proper working condition prior to use.
  • Maintain a clean job site at the end of each day and secure all equipment properly.
  • Read specifications or blueprints to determine material locations, quantities, and sizes.
  • Unload and position prefabricated steel units for hoisting as required.
  • Erect steel frames by connecting columns, beams, girders, and secondary members (Cee and Zee) with bolts, following blueprints and supervisor instructions.
  • Assemble hoisting equipment or rigging, including cables, pulleys, and hooks, to structural steel members to ensure safe movement.
  • Hoist steel beams, girders, or columns into place using cranes or by signaling hoisting equipment operators.
  • Use hand tools to pull, push, or pry structural steel members into position for bolting.
  • Verify vertical and horizontal alignment of structural steel members using plumb bobs, laser equipment, transits, or levels.
  • Ensure all pieces are properly fitted and complete necessary repairs.
  • Work safely at heights of 30 feet or higher above ground level.

  • Mentor, coach and develop team members and communicate performance concerns to your General Manager

  • Tracks food safety and quality throughout the shift and ensures guests receive accurate orders that meet company standards and guests' satisfaction
  • Plans shift duties and ensures opening and closing duties are complete
  • Collaborates with management team to develop goals and reports back to management on goal progress

  • Follows company cash management policies
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws and guidelines
  • Utilize management tools and keep neat, accurate, and current records

  • Ensure the team works safely and follows all safety guidelines and procedures
  • Immediately report all human resources and risk management concerns to your General Manager and District Manager
  • Escalate other concerns to your supervisor when appropriate

Job Qualifications

The following requirements must be met in order to qualify for this position.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Available to work 9 to 28 hours per week
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Successful completion of background check
  • Demonstrates leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others
  • Leadership experience preferred

We are actively seeking a Traveling Associate Dentist to join our growing team. Responsibilities:
  • Traveling Associate Dentists are responsible for providing dental services to patients with the support of their team.
  • Hold staff to the highest integrity by adhering to all government regulations, company standards, and company compliance programs.
  • Other duties as assigned


Our practice has:
  • DentaPro software
  • Digital x-ray and Panorex units
  • Fiber-optic handpieces
  • Yearly OSHA and HIPPA and Emergency Management training
  • Ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, 2 dental assistants per provider
  • Patient Base: primarily ages 3-21 and up to 30% adult population (depending upon location)
  • Office flow: average 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients
  • State insurance plans, PPO and out-of-network payor mix


Qualifications:

We expect you to have:
  • DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
  • Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
  • Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
  • Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
  • Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults


This opportunity provides:

  • As a traveling dentist you agree to travel to all Benevis/Creston Dental offices. Approved travel expenses will be reimbursed as outlined below. However, your weekly expenses (excluding flight and mileage) should not exceed $1,000. While initially you will be responsible for costs associated with your travel expenses, you will be able to submit approved expenses for bi-weekly reimbursement. Approved travel costs may include hotel, mileage or rental car, airline tickets and meals.
