POSITION SUMMARY:
The Vehicle Mechanic's primary responsibilities are to repair, service, recondition, overhaul and maintain vehicles, equipment, and their components in the Winter Park Fleet. Follows consistently Winter Park/ Intrawest policies and procedures. You may be placed in Heavy Equipment Mechanic, Auto & Truck Mechanic, or Small Equipment Mechanic.
WAGE:
The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of Winter Park Resorts' hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Winter Park Resorts' total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include many region-specific benefits.
Hourly pay range: $24 - $26 DOE
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs as assigned by Equipment Shop Foreman/Fleet Maintenance Foreman.
- Assist Master Mechanics as assigned by Equipment Shop Foreman/Fleet Maintenance Foreman.
- Safely transport vehicles or equipment to the shop.
- Estimate expected repair time and costs.
- Complete work orders and other paperwork; repairs.
- Notify the appropriate department upon completion of repairs.
- Wear safety equipment.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workstation (shop).
- Report and correct, if possible, unsafe conditions of vehicles, equipment, or shop.
- Complete work promptly with demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
- Maintain a friendly, congenial, and helpful attitude while effectively dealing with guests and other employees.
- Perform other duties as directed.
- Assist vehicle and equipment users with mechanical and operational procedures.
- Assist Foreman with paperwork.
- Update scheduled maintenance tags or notices.
- Keep current and well-informed on related topics in the field of vehicle/equipment maintenance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

- Prepares various foods, under supervision, for restaurant and banquets.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for the daily maintenance and operational functionality of the electrical systems for Winter Park Lifts. They are responsible for training, directing, and scheduling lift electrical technicians in designing, installing, maintaining and inspecting electrical systems used in passenger tramways at Winter Park Resort - as well as assuring personnel are up to date on required trainings. S/he work under the direction of the Senior Lift Maintenance Manager, and will be involved in the hiring, evaluation, discipline, and termination of lift electrical personnel. They will comply with applicable policies and procedures of Winter Park Resort, USFS, CPTSB, ANSI B77, OSHA and departmental standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Supervision of Lift Electrical technicians in appropriate conduct, training, compliance and adherence to policies and procedures for the Lift Maintenance department.
- Perfoms and directs lift electrician personnel in design, installation, testing, routine lift electrical inspections, maintenance and repairs as required by the lift manufacturer, Winter Park Resort, CPTSB (Colorado Passenger Tramway Safety Board), USFS (United States Forest Service), ANSI (American National Standards Institute),OSHA (Occupation Safety and Health Administration) and insurance carrier standards.
- Plans, organizes and schedules lift electrical maintenance to ensure work is completed so lifts are ready to operate on schedule.

- Assists Senior Manager of Lift Maintenance in evaluations, disciplinary actions and termination of Lift Electrical employees, following Winter Park Resort HR policies and procedures.
- Implements training and communicates best practices for employees on technical skills, technical knowledge, risk management and documentation requirements.
- Provides the Senior Manager of Lift Maintenance with updates regarding the performance and training needs of personnel in their section.
- Coordinate with Manager to maintain adequate electrical parts and supplies inventory, within budgetary guidelines.
- Maintains a clean shop and work area.
- Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with inspectors and CPTSB staff, manufacturer's representatives, WPR personnel and our guests.
- Ensures safety procedures are followed to achieve the safest working conditions possible.
- Reviews and edits work orders and manuals to keep documentation accurate and up to date.
- Acts as Manager on Duty in the absence of senior management personnel.
- This position is required to work weekends, evenings, and holidays. May be required to work overtime, emergency call-outs, weekends and holidays as required.

- The degree of strenuous activity within the job is considered to be high. Often lifting a weight of 50 pounds throughout the day is common.
- Additional strenuous physical activity may include walking or hiking upon uneven, challenging terrain with heavy tools or equipment.

- Responsible for hiring, training, disciplinary actions, evaluations and termination of Journeyman and Master Mechanics.
- Maintain list of vehicles with periodic maintenance dates.
- Notify department heads of any vehicles overdue for periodic maintenance.
- Reviews problems, makes recommendations, and anticipates company needs with Slope Maintenance Director.
- Attend seminars and classes to expand and improve skills.
- Report damage and abuse of vehicles to Slope Maintenance Director.
- Offer technical advise and information to Mechanics.
- Work with Slope Maintenance Director on shop systems and equipment upgrade.
- Instructs operators on minor maintenance of their equipment.
- Assist snowcat operators in scheduling routine maintenance.
- Coordinates repairs and retrieval of snowcats broken down on the mountain.
- Maintains a friendly, congenial, and helpful attitude while effectively dealing with the guests and other employees.
- Maintain shop cleanliness.
- Report and/or correct any unsafe conditions which may affect employee or public safety.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- Expected to be well versed in trouble shooting mechanical difficulties, capable of rebuilding engines, gearboxes, etc.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Supervisor Restaurant supports the success of our Food and Beverage department by executing day-to-day business operations. You'll guide daily operations, support and inspire your team, and ensure every guest receives outstanding service. The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of Winter Park Resort's hourly pay for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Winter Park Resort's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include many region-specific benefits.
Hourly pay range: $20.00-$23.00
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Lead and oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and a welcoming guest experience
- Supervise and support front- and back-of-house teams, maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality
- Ensure all team members are trained and follow service standards, health codes, and liquor laws; conduct pre-shift meetings and ongoing coaching
- Assist with scheduling, performance evaluations, discipline, and employee development
- Monitor food presentation and kitchen productivity; assist with inventory and ordering
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety procedures, and state/local regulations
- Handle guest relations with professionalism; resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Balance daily receipts, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate records
- Perform opening and closing duties, including securing the location and equipment
- Support special events, marketing efforts, and operational goals as needed
- Jump in to assist with cooking, cleaning, or service when needed - be a leader by example
- Other duties, as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Colorado-approved Alcohol Server Training certificate required (or obtained within 30 days of hire)
- ServeSafe, Food Manager, and AllerTrain certifications required (or completed within 14 days of hire)
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations , including kitchen procedures, cash handling , and POS systems
- Proven leadership, team building, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain professional, positive relationships with guests, coworkers, and leadership
- Working knowledge of local liquor and health codes
- Familiarity with bartending , bar controls, and food and beverage equipment (preferred)
- Basic computer skills , including Microsoft Office
- Valid U.S. Driver's License and clean driving record (required for vehicle or snowmobile use)
- Must model and uphold company Service Excellence and safety standards at all times
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- College degree or equivalent experience with specific training in the areas of operation, customer service, finance, marketing, and personnel
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience or education , with 1+ year in a full-service restaurant supervisory role

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
General Responsibilities
- Able to meet daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales goals.
- Performs goal setting and promotes up selling, add-on sales, and sell-through.
- Handles guests problems and complaints professionally and resolves them in such a way to ensure our guests receive an excellent, quality filled resort and mountain experience.
- Is a key holder for their specific location and is responsible for opening and closing when scheduled.
- Oversees the daily cash register operations and insures accurate end of the day procedures and accounting of revenue.
- Is responsible for maintaining store standards of cleanliness and staff behavior
- Is responsible for maintaining neat and effective displays that promote sell-through.
- Is responsible for presenting the store merchandise in a pleasing, polite manner, to the guest and assists in satisfying their product needs, wants and desires in order to insure an excellent, quality, and safe resort and mountain experience.
- Attends product knowledge clinics during the normal store operating hours and after closing hours as needed.
- Assists the Retail Manager/Supervisor in communicating with the Warehouse Supervisor and Buyer's to insure the store is adequately stocked and supplied with sell-through merchandise.
- Enforces department policy on controlling internal and external shrinkage.
- Operates, with efficiency, the computer point of sale system, (cash register).
- Has excellent cash handling and credit card handling skills.
- Is a team player and understands and exhibits cooperation.

- Acts as the MOD in the absence of the Retail Manager/Supervisor.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer functionality required
- Valid Colorado Driver's License ad clean motor vehicle record desired.
- Must be available to work overtime, weekends, holidays and respond to emergency schedule changes, as business requires.
- Must able to speak and write English as a primary language.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required in dealing with guests, supervisors, fellow employees, managers, and other departments.
- Must possess a friendly, outgoing personality being able to approach guests with a positive attitude, a smile, and help them in their in-store needs, wants, and desires.
