Position Highlights

  • We are looking for Full-Time or Part Time Physicians to join our team
  • Quality vs. Quantity Model – Typically see around 18 - 20 patients per day
  • Scheduled weekly administrative time, ~40 mins baked into each day
    • 40 min new pt visits, 20 min follow up pt visits
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of health care providers
  • Dedicated support staff, so clinicians can focus on practicing at full scope of license
  • This position does not require call or urgent care shifts, outpatient only
    • Urgent care shifts are optional for additional pay, not required
  • Office hours: Monday – Friday; 8 AM – 5 PM, no nights or weekends

Required Qualifications

  • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.), Doctor of Osteopathic (D.O.), or M.B.B.S
  • Board certification or eligibility in Family or Internal Medicine
  • Active, unrestricted medical license in CA or the ability to obtain prior to employment
  • Valid DEA license or the ability to obtain prior to employment

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years experience in managed care setting preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred

California Residents Only: The salary range for California residents is $237,361 to $331,688. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.     What You’ll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):
