Required Qualifications:

  • Medical Assistant (MA) – Required
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Required
  • Must reside in Tucson, Arizona – Required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced medical office environment
  • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Personal Injury
  • Familiarity with ChiroTouch or similar EHR systems
  • Understanding of HIPAA, medical terminology, and therapy equipment
  • Prior experience with medical billing, ICD-10/CPT coding, or legal-medical communications
