This hybrid front- and back-office role plays a key part in patient care, clinical operations, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent attention to detail and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Support -
- Room patients and collect vitals, intake information, and accident-related history
- Assist with therapies such as Physical Therapy, EMS, cold laser, hot packs, and mechanical traction
- Prepare patients for chiropractic evaluations and medical consults
- Support providers with SOAP note documentation and clinical workflows
