Position Title: Coordinator, Order Acceptance

Location: Rochester, NY This position reports into our Rochester office Monday-Thursday with the option to work from home on Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative tasks for the Campaign Management Department
  • Act as liaison between inter-company departments
  • Review and process all incoming creative materials for assigned divisions
  • Interface with the Creative Department to ensure cinema campaigns are created within required specifications
  • Work with clients to obtain approval of cinema campaigns for assigned divisions
  • Receive and resolve complaints and problems regarding campaigns, escalate when necessary
  • Interface with sales offices and clients to ensure that all necessary creative/production information is complete and accurate
  • Maintain overall quality by proofing all materials prior to routing and release
  • Ensure that the physical flow of all production and sign-offs are managed effectively
  • Act as liaison between inter-company departments; Finance, scheduling/Traffic, Production, Design, Sales
  • Effectively communicate with sales teams on client campaign status
  • Educate sales and clients on processes, workflows and creative best practices
  • Daily data entry

Qualifications:

This role operates in a matrixed environment and interacts with senior leaders across marketing, purchasing, finance, MABI, BTS, etc. This role is the financial steward of the Lab and ensures all teams and projects within the Lab are resourced appropriately. From a culture standpoint, this role leads the Agile Ways of Working both within the Lab as well as with key stakeholders and cross-functional partners to drive our operating model in the most effective way possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Digital Lab leadership team to oversee all program management activities related to the AbbVie Digital Lab, including Lab scaling and change management plans
  • Manage overall Digital Lab operations, including overall ways of working across media and Digital and Marketing services, driving effectiveness and efficiencies.

Qualifications

The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $176,000 to $282,000.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. As The Associate Director, Marketing Strategy you will be responsible for defining the HCP and Patient marketing strategy in ITP. This individual will support the Marketer Director, including the delivery of key strategic analyses and outputs to inform customer experience planning and execution within the Integrated Marketing & Customer Experience, US Organization. This individual will report directly into the Director of Marketing Strategy, partnering closely with other strategic partners, to ensure that the HCP and Patient Marketing Strategy and concepts are effectively orchestrated into campaigns, tactics and experiences. The Marketer will be responsible for identifying, testing, and validating creative concepts and messaging architecture, and creating the lead assets for HCPs and patients. This role will identify, share and embed best practices across the Marketing Strategy IMO to improve impact and create communities of practice on effective and impactful marketing.

This position is based is East Hanover, NJ and will not have the ability to be located remotely. Please note that this role would not provide relocation and only local candidates will be considered. The expectation of working hours and travel (domestic and/or international) will be defined by the hiring manager. This position will require up to 20% travel.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work effectively with the ED Marketing Strategy and Director Marketing Strategy SPOC to develop a cohesive and integrated brand marketing strategy and campaign grounded in customer insight for this launch brand
  • Establish brand-specific Patient domain expertise, and create engaging brand centered content and concepts for adaption into personalized and tailored experiences
  • Share and embed knowledge on best practices to engage HCPs and Patients and change behavior across the full brand lifecycle
  • Implement best in class digital marketing strategies that align to brand goals and maximize business results.
  • Ensure digital plans are appropriately implemented and optimized.
  • Foster a high performing team that proactively and effectively interfaces across key functions to achieve the product strategies and objectives
  • Support and deliver an integrated plan for the brand to achieve the Product strategy and objectives; define resourcing required and managing the allocated budget for HCP/Patient, collaborating effectively across strategic partners including CXP&O, NPS, Access, Patient Advocacy, Customer Engagement, and Insights and Decision Sciences (IDS).

The Director, Omnichannel Campaign Management & Digital Lab Operations is responsible for leading the operating model and operational excellence of the AbbVie Digital Lab as well as a team of Campaign Managers covering the U.S. Therapeutics portfolio. This role will oversee the team of Campaign Managers to drive day-to-day progress, proactively resolve issues to keep initiatives on track and enable alignment with Omnichannel Experience Leads, brand leadership and across the Digital Lab. This role ensures Lab operations run smoothly, and is delivering against Digital Transformation strategy defined by the VP of the Digital Lab.

This role operates in a matrixed environment and interacts with senior leaders across marketing, purchasing, finance, MABI, BTS, etc. This role is the financial steward of the Lab and ensures all teams and projects within the Lab are resourced appropriately. From a culture standpoint, this role leads the Agile Ways of Working both within the Lab as well as with key stakeholders and cross-functional partners to drive our operating model in the most effective way possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Digital Lab leadership team to oversee all program management activities related to the AbbVie Digital Lab, including Lab scaling and change management plans
  • Manage overall Digital Lab operations, including overall ways of working across media and Digital and Marketing services, driving effectiveness and efficiencies.
  • Develop and Implement Effective Project Management Strategies: Design and execute tools, resources, and standards that are utilized team-wide to ensure consistency and maximize process efficiency across the project management team.
  • Manage Project Management and External Agency Partnerships: Supervise and enhance relationships with external agencies to ensure effective collaboration. Focus on maximizing cost efficiency across the portfolio while delivering high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Establish Key Performance Indicators for the Lab to measure and ensure Lab success. Create a dashboard and assess lab performance and capabilities against KPIs to identify and solve improvement opportunities to drive efficiencies and increase Lab use & optimization by brand teams
  • Develop and implement platforms and tools to enable effective program management team.
  • Lead Resource Allocation for Program Management Teams: Direct and optimize resourcing decisions across Lab PM teams to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness in achieving project goals.
  • Provide strategic expertise on business case demand forecasting and resource management for Digital SteerCos across all Digital Lab functions

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; MBA a plus
  • Minimum 10 years related, operations, project management marketing or digital experience
  • Experience scaling an organization utilizing agile ways of working
  • Experience leading and managing large scale projects of significant organizational impact
  • A high level of oral and written communication skills is required
  • Program management experience with demonstrated decision-making is required
  • Person must have demonstrated ability to work under pressure and to think strategically in problem solving and decision-making
  • Must have excellent persuasion and interpersonal skills in dealing with staff, management, team members, outside vendors and consultants, particularly in relationship to the implementation of new processes and business practices
