In this role, you’ll work with the Manager, Marketing Strategy to support the evolution of the Peacock brand, ensuring it is represented consistently across campaigns and content. You’ll be a big part of the team that connects audience insights and creative ideas to brand priorities, helping keep projects moving forward and making sure everyone has the information they need to deliver their best work. Basic Requirements:

We take a market-based & data-driven approach to compensation. We leverage data from trusted third-party compensation sources to help us understand the market value of a role based on function, level, geographic location, and scope. We evaluate compensation bi-annually, including performance and market-related factors.
Our salaries are benchmarked against market Total Cash Compensation for the geographic location of our job posting. Compensation for some roles is structured as On Target Earnings (OTE = base + commission/variable) while for others it is structured as Salary only.

Primary Function of Position
The Senior Marketing Strategy Analyst will partner closely with Marketing leadership to examine complex business challenges, providing strategic, data-driven insights that directly influence critical business decisions.
The Sr Analyst will build solid, strategic business partner relationships with key marketing executives across various clinical verticals. This role works extensively with large, dynamic datasets to help marketing strategies, optimizing campaigns, and evaluating program impact.
