**This role will be based in Foster City CA
Key Responsibilities
- Global position supporting multiple countries across several brands leading and shaping our AI/ML enabled Omnichannel marketing solution to deliver increased ROI.
- Directly liaise with countries to ensure our capabilities are well positioned and leveraged with in-country marketing and operations teams.
- Identify and prioritize short- and long-term opportunities for the omnichannel product, and drive product strategies and roadmaps in alignment with product strategic goals
- Effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences to drive user adoption and satisfaction
- Leverage metrics to evaluate overall product performance, and work with countries to drive content personalization.
- Conduct Market Research using (but not limited to) Behavioral Science frameworks to understand humanistic biases/attitudes in Gilead Customers that can ultimately be leveraged for content personalization and perception change.
- Leverage existing segments to provide additional insights and incremental knowledge on customer attitudes and behaviors.
- Provide insights and support development of content journeys for microsegments across markets by partnering with country marketing teams.

- Education

What Will You Be Doing?
- Manage and drive the growth of the Abercrombie & Fitch Sports Creator marketing programs, while implementing proven and innovative tactics aligned with the broader marketing strategy.
- Partner with the other internal Sports Marketing Talent Specialist to ensure programming is complementary and capitalizes on all opportunities a play.
- Source new and nurture existing relationships to create symbiotic partnerships with creators to drive mass brand awareness, build affinity, and encourage product consideration and conversion; inclusive of vetting and risk management.

What Do You Need To Bring?

Strategic Sourcing Manager Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and deploy industry-leading supplier management, procurement, and category management practices.
Develop collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across Meta to strategically develop, implement, and optimize outsourcing/sourcing and vendor management solutions including planning, execution, measurement, and optimization of projects.
Serve as Source-to-Pay business partner and category expert, addressing supply chain and supply market opportunities.
Identify, track, and manage issues and risks for the projects.
Prepare and manage sourcing documents, contracts, statements of work, and related procurement documents.
Drive legal, financial, and technological aspects of outsourced programs.
Lead contract negotiations that optimize value to the company.
Balance business requirements versus technical constraints and maximize business benefits.
Establish collaborative relationships with Global Outsourcing/Sourcing Category Teams, Contract Management Teams, Procurement Operations Teams, and Procure-to-Pay to develop sound operational processes.
Ensure regional/local processes are aligned to Meta’s global operating model.
Understand and apply policies, standards and practices established for vendor management.
Build and cultivate strategic relationships with key suppliers.
Minimum Qualifications
Requires a Master's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering Management, or a related field, and 48 months of experience in the job offered or a related occupation
Requires 48 months of experience involving the following:
1. Product or process definition, having taken a module or system from concept stage into mass production
2. Hardware and systems engineering throughout product development process of technology products
3. Optimization of technical specifications and features versus value tradeoffs
4. Deployment of manufacturing processes to support complex technology solutions and
5. Resolution of data-driven problems to address multi-dimensional practices and issues, with high levels of uncertainty across multiple functional teams

$209,097/year to $226,600/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
